About the 12 Fixes to Healthy Program

The 12 Fixes to Healthy is a twelve-week program designed to help you improve your health and nutrition by adopting twelve simple changes to your lifestyle. Each week, you will learn about one of the Fixes and practice implementing it.

The Fixes include: swap sugar, plan protein, boost gut, push produce, eat early, move more, water well, shift surroundings, switch fats, change grains, munch mindfully, and sleep soundly. Why do these twelve things? Because these elements stand out as the most impactful when it comes to improving body composition, reducing inflammation, and preventing disease.

  • The 12 Fixes to Healthy book – to educate you on the 12 Fixes

The best thing about the 12 Fixes?

It is NOT a diet! It encourages small, sustainable lifestyle changes that, over time, can make a big impact on your health and well-being. It will also fit with any dietary restrictions, such as vegan, gluten-free, etc. The Fixes will make a powerful impact, but perfection is not required.
